Impact
The Financial Controller oversees the Finance Team and ensures that all financial operations are accurate, efficient, and compliant. They must have a passion for finance, be able to drive positive change showing high EQ, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The Financial Controller is also responsible for leading and motivating a team. They must be able to understand and analyse complex financial data. and must also be able to communicate financial information in a clear and concise way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

They are also aware of the wider business strategy and are able to contribute to its functional delivery providing clear and concise information to multiple stakeholders, even in challenging situations.
They also play a key role in creating a multi-year financial budget across the company, are able to make and communicate difficult decisions with support, and they lead by example to foster an inclusive, diverse, and positive culture.
Qualifications
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified
- 3-5+ years of PQE
