We are looking for an outstanding Client Partner to join our Podcast Team. We’re looking for someone with a proven record of revenue generation and a deep interest in podcasts and audio innovation. We want someone who is passionate about podcasts and knows how to communicate their value to clients and partners. Above all, your work will impact the way the world engages in audio experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Work with The Ringer and Spotify Studios content teams to create unique and compelling integrated sponsorship opportunities for clients. You will specialize in either Sports or Pop-culture and spend time with podcast hosts at The Ringer and Spotify Studios to understand their passion points and what brands they love
- Create strategic, GTM plans for new shows within Pop-Culture and ideate on how advertisers can partner with us at launch
- Lead client and agency presentations showcasing how our integrated ideas come to life
- Partner closely with the Spotify frontline sales to tailor ideas for specific verticals and clients
- Partner internally with sales support, marketing and Spotify Studios teams to ensure our ideas are operationalized
- Focus on brand sell, educating and inspiring our clients to leverage Spotify podcast content to enhance their business goals and outcomes
- Meet and exceed revenue expectations attached to specific podcasts.
- Attend weekly and monthly NA Sales Meetings to showcase ideas that will help create enthusiasm with clients
- Represent Spotify at specific events and serve as a brand ambassador
- Manage activity usingsalesforce.com and other internal systems
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- You have 8+ years of experience in a media agency/online sales role; podcast and/or content sales preferred
- You are passionate about The Ringer and Spotify Studios podcasts and have a deep understanding of our hosts
- You have knowledge of online and offline media and have the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutions
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the deal
- You have the ability to build a pipeline and proven track record of exceeding goals
- You have a deep understanding of digital ecosystem
- You are a team player, smart, adapt well with change and have a positive attitude
- You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns

The United States base range for this position is $125,558 to $179,368, plus equity, plus bonus or commission. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
